My salon is closed because of COVID-19, can I ship my order to a temporary address?

Yes! Please add your temporary address to the “special instructions” box on the check out page. We will give you a call if there are any questions.

Can I add notes, or special request in my order?

Yes, any information added to the “Special Instructions” will be reviewed and noted on your order. You can also include temporary shipping addresses here.

What is my Login Information?

Your Login ID or Username will be your Account Number (Shown as Customer ID in your invoice). If you have more than one account with us, you will have multiple Login IDs. Your Password will be the one you created for your account, this requires no numbers of special characters.

I forgot my password what do I do?

You can have your password reset by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the Login Page, or you can give us a call at 204-786-0001 ext. 248.

Can I add on, or change my order once it has been submitted?

We will allow add-ons or changes in order within 1 hour of submitting your order. Please call 204-786-0001 ext. 229 if there is an issue with your order. You will be required to pay $4.99 administration fee for every change to your order. Any order changes made after 1 hour you may be subjected to paying additional shipping charges.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped 1 day after the order has been submitted. No orders will be shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Most customers will receive there order 2-3 days after it has been submitted. Delays in shipping may occur based on your location, or public holidays.

What happens behind the scenes after I submit my order?

After you submit your order someone from our team will review your order. The order will be picked from our warehouse. After it has been picked all orders are double checked. Once your order has been double checked we will charge your credit card. This allows us to only charge you for the products you are getting. If there is something missing from your order we will call you to let you know! We then pack your order, and send it to you via Purolator, or local delivery (Winnipeg customers).

Can I request a specific future shipping date for order?

We will do our best to accommodate all requested ship dates. We cannot guarantee that you order will be shipped on this date, due to the high volume of orders.

Can I order something online and pick it up in store?

You can order items online and pick them up at our WINNIPEG location only. All pick up orders must have “Pick Up” in the special instructions (the shipping amount will be removed during the review process). Pick up orders will be available the next day. If you are needing an order sooner, or you are in Regina, Saskatoon, Brandon or Thunder Bay please call your location directly to place a pick up order.

Why do I need a credit card number when you sign up for an account?

We want to ensure that we are charging you for only the products we are shipping, we will charge your credit card after your order has been reviewed and it is ready to ship. If you want to change the credit card on file with us please give us a call at 204-786-0001 ext. 223.

My order was shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?

Please call us at 204-786-0001 ext. 225. The customer is responsible for providing current up to date, contact, billing and shipping information. If an order is shipped to the incorrect address the customer may incur additional shipping charges.

I don't see the promotional prices, or my free items in my cart, what do I do?

If you are ordering an item that is part of a promotion the promotional price, or free items will be calculated when we are reviewing your order. So don’t worry if you don’t see the changes in the cart, we are making them behind the scenes.

An order was placed under my account but I didn’t place it, what do I do?

Please be aware that anyone you give you Login Information to is able to purchase items under your account. We ask that you only give the Login Information to those who can make purchasing decisions. Salon Centre is not responsible for any orders submitted incorrectly under your account.
