Below we have laid out some steps we are taking to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation.
We are working diligently to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them, and are delivered in the safest way possible.
Across all facilities and delivery operations, we have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent handwashing, use of sanitization and cleaning of equipment.
We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
We are equally committed to taking care of our showrooms and our sales team.
We have increased sanitation in all of our showroom locations, and are increasing measures to insure proper disinfection to all touch points, including but not limited to, door handles, desks, display units, and payment terminals.
We are asking all members of our sales team to practice proper hand washing techniques and follow the best practices laid out by the Centre of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
We are asking that all of our staff members refraining from travel unless critical and have established quarantine procedures after travelling internationally.
Our Education will be postponed or run remotely until further notice.
We are saddened to cancel all of our Education at Salon Centre facilities until further notice, including but not limited to our Innovate Show that was set to take place May 3rd, 2020 in Winnipeg. We will be providing full refunds for tickets and classes booked.
